• when accessing shedex.co.nz, the laws of New Zealand;

without regard to any conflict of laws provisions, and without prejudice to your rights under other applicable law, which cannot be otherwise excluded.

 

Independent Party

You are an independent party. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and ShedEx as a result of these Terms or your utilisation of the Website.

 

Entire Agreement

These Terms, any other agreement or terms or conditions for services, information, or licences available through the Website, which are all hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth fully herein, represent the entire agreement between you and ShedEx with respect to use of the Website, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written between you and ShedEx with respect to the Website (Agreement).

 

No Assignments

You may not assign or transfer any rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of ShedEx.
